Stance is a social platform where users share their trades, investment ideas, and market commentary. It is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Trades and portfolio data displayed on Stance may be simulated, delayed, or manually entered by users. Stance does not verify the accuracy of any trade or performance data posted by users.
You retain ownership of content you post on Stance (trades, posts, comments, profile information). By posting content, you grant Stance a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service.
You are solely responsible for what you post. You agree not to post content that:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.
Stance is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. The Service does not provide personalized financial advice. Content shared by users on Stance should not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision.
Past performance of any trade or strategy displayed on Stance is not indicative of future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

The Stance name, logo, and app design are owned by Stance. You may not use our trademarks without written permission. All other content on the platform belongs to its respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of any user-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content posted by users.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
